About these terms

These terms cover your use of Who Carried?, run by whocarried.com (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

What the service is

Who Carried? is a free, for-fun tool for friends who play League of Legends together. You look up a Riot ID, and it shows recent games, who queued together, and a verdict on who carried. It gets game data through Riot's official API.

Verdicts, win chances, grades, awards and the lines on each page come from our own formulas. They're meant as hype and friendly banter, not facts, and they can be wrong. Don't use them to make real decisions about anyone.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13, or the minimum age to play Riot's games in your country if that's higher.

Free limits

Profiles show a player's 20 most recent games. Riot limits how often any site can call its API, so at busy times a lookup may ask you to try again in a few seconds.

Riot Games

Who Carried? isn't endorsed by Riot Games and doesn't reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

League of Legends game data, names, champion art and rank emblems belong to Riot Games and are used under Riot's developer policies. Riot's own terms still apply to your use of its games.

Fair use

Please don't:

• use bots, scrapers or scripts, or make bulk or automated lookups;
• overload the site or try to get around its rate limits or security;
• use the site, its pages or its cards to harass, threaten or bully anyone;
• present our cards or verdicts as official Riot Games content;
• copy, resell or redistribute data from the site.

We may limit or block access for anyone who does, without notice.

Sharing

You're welcome to share verdict pages and cards for personal, non-commercial use. Please keep the Who Carried? branding on cards. Only share cards about games you played in, or with the people who did.

Our content

The site's design, code, text, formulas and the Who Carried? name belong to whocarried.com. Riot's content stays Riot's (see above).

Availability

The site depends on Riot's API, so lookups can be slow, limited or unavailable at times. We may change, pause or end any part of the service without notice.

No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that results are accurate, complete or up to date.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything caused by relying on the site's results. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

Removal requests

To have your Riot ID removed from Who Carried?, see Your rights in the Privacy Policy or email privacy@whocarried.com.

Paid features

Everything on the site is free today. We may later add ads or an optional paid supporter tier with extras. If we do, the price and terms will be shown before you pay anything, and these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated first.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Nothing in these terms takes away protections your own country's consumer law gives you.
